Rob Queirolo - Owner and President

Rob is an energetic leader with demonstrated knowledge of the entire development process, commitment to delivery of quality service to all customers, and experience working in a dynamic, innovative environment. Rob offers extensive knowledge and expertise in construction management , construction monitoring and inspection with over 20 years experience in municipal departments. Rob has experience working on affordable multifamily housing projects that requires a unique skill set to balance the needs of the development as well as keeping the projects within budget.  Additionally, as a California State Licensed General Contractor, Rob has expert knowledge of construction principals, methods and materials. He enjoys building relationships and creating solutions with various city departments, builders, developers, stakeholders, and has built numerous contacts within the building community.
